Effective as of January 1, 2025. Welcome to petcarecheck (we or us). This document outlines the terms for booking and using our premium dog walking, grooming, and pet-sitting services on petcarecheck.top. By accessing our site, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Appointment Policy

All service bookings are subject to availability. Appointment confirmation occurs after full payment is processed. To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late rescheduling requests may not be accommodated due to allocated staff and scheduling requirements.

If a client does not attend or cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, no refund is available but clients may request a new appointment subject to availability.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service fees are displayed in local currency. Clients must complete payment in full to secure any booking, digital product purchase, or physical goods order. We accept major credit and debit methods as indicated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

For dog walking, grooming, and pet-sitting services, a refund may be issued if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the appointment. Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. Late cancellation requests are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for rescheduling.

Due to preparation and staffing requirements, cancellations made less than 24 hours before cannot be refunded. This policy ensures our staff availability and quality of service.

4.2 Digital Products

Digital products such as e-books or online courses may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no download or access has occurred. Once access to the digital file is granted or more than 1% of the content is accessed, the purchase is final and not eligible for a refund.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. To initiate an exchange or refund, please contact us via our contact form. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. For hygiene reasons, certain items once opened cannot be accepted for a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, petcarecheck is not liable for any indirect or special incidentals arising from use of our services or products.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice posted on our site. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
